Nancy M. Odierno of Lunenburg, MA, formerly of Billerica, MA, passed away from a sudden stroke on March 22, 2026, at the age of 87.

Born in Salem, MA, Nancy was the beloved daughter of the late Dorothy and Sidney Woods and the sister of the late Robert Woods.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Paula McDonald and her husband, Brian, of Lunenburg, MA, and their children, Gavin and Rowan; her son, Hassan Scott Odierno and his wife, Badariah, of Malaysia, and their children, Yusuf and Aishah; and her son, John Frances and his wife, Nancy, of Shrewsbury, MA, and their children, Jonathan, Linda, and Christopher, as well as additional great-grandchildren.

Nancy grew up in her family home in Danvers, MA, and graduated from Danvers High School. In her earlier years, she was employed as an assembly line worker at Sylvania Manufacturing before dedicating her life to raising her children.

Nancy enjoyed dancing, sewing and knitting, and her home was filled with items she made: blankets, afghans, doilies, and slippers, many of which she lovingly made and shared with family and friends.
