Michael P. Bacon, 52, of Framingham and formerly of Southborough died on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 after a short battle with cancer.  He was  surrounded by his family at the time of his death.

Born in Worcester, he was the son of the late Harold ‘Duke’ and Frances (Bergin) Bacon.

Michael was raised in Southborough and attended Assebet Regional Technical High School.

He is survived by his siblings, Teresa Mauro and her husband Steven of South Grafton; Thomas Bacon of Southborough; Robert Bacon and his wife Dawn of Southborough; Dennis Bacon of Falmouth; Jim Bacon of Orlando;  many nieces and 2 nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A private memorial service will be held at the Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main Street, Southborough  on Sunday,  August 23, at 3 PM.  Burial will follow at the Southborough Rural Cemetery
