I am very sorry for your loss. The Mayor and I worked at Verizon together for the four years that I was there. He trained me to be able to relieve him for some extra days off, It was a good retirement job. We met for lunch about twice a year, one time at the Gondola Restaurant and the next at The Other Side Pub. He was very proud of his family and will be missed.

So sorry for the loss of Joe, he was a fun guy, and I have many great memories!!

Always cheerful, always entertaining. We will all miss him. Excellent job on his obit! For some reason I remember him pitching softball at Hoppy Town State Park back when I was around 10. It was a typical Chase, et al family gathering and he was the maestro on the mound. We were all so lucky to know him and love him.

Joe was a great guy and great godfather to jolene. he loved his family and was fun to be around. Maguire on firer was the best. he will be missed.
