Harry John Quinn Jr.

September 18,1930-March 19, 2017.

He leaves his wife Isabelle (Gutekunst) Quinn; his daughter Isabelle (Quinn) Murphy and her husband Mark W. Murphy, sons Harry and his wife Kelly, Michael and his wife Julia, Mark and his wife Laurel.  Grandchildren-Conor, Christina, Patrick, Lillian, Catherine, Harry John, Megan, Mandy, Jay, Jessica, Daniel. Brother Peter Quinn.  He was pre-deceased by brother Bill and sister Adrienne (Quinn) Jordan.  

Born and raised in Long Island NY.  He served in the Navy during the Korean conflict aboard the USS Daly.  He resided for many years in Hartsdale, NY and summered in Lavallette,  NJ.

Employed by Hamilton Beach Proctor Silex for over 40 years and frequently was called back post-retirement to represent the company. 

An avid golfer and curler, he was a member of both Leewood Country Club and Ardsley Curling Club.

 

Visiting  hours will be held on Thursday, March 23 from 5PM to 7PM in Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main Street, Southborough.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 24 at 11AM. in Saint Anne Church, 20 Boston Road. Southborough. Burial will be private.
